ISN MSD80 BMW e61

Hi guys,
have problem with ecu swap MSD80 on e61. I transfer original flash to the new used ecu but the problem is with immo. Can somebody tell me please how to synchronize ecu-cas? or can somebody read ISN from original ecu flash data? I have used Kessy2+FVDI but no luck, the car still won't start

Post your cas dump, and your 95640 eprom from ecu even you have tricore

Not possible with tools you have,need to lift TriCore.
