hi,
my remote control has stopped working. has anyone had this problem??
Does anyone know how to tell if its the box or remote??
will a new remote work on the box??
the box is working fine though

hmm.. first of did ya change the batteries on the control?

only thing i can suggest is ( i have read this before someplace- worth a try):
one thing u can do is, put a mirror in front of the remote sensor and press any buttons on the control, you should see some lights. if so then your control is transmitting as such.

you can get a new remote they ?7.49 from bubblesupplies. they work straight off no programming to do i have had a few in the past. If you got camera phone put on camera and hold it over the remote censor and press any button looking through the camera if it flashes this will tell you if it working or not

there is a light. do you think the a700c sensor is faulty at the box

could be but ive never had to replace one. is there any chance the box could have been knocked or dropped altering the angle of the sensor. have you tried moving around the room trying remote from different angles to see if you can get it to work.

the box hasn't been dropped or knocked. i think i'll have to order a new remote and hopefully that will solve the problem. I'll let you know the outcome.
