Just got this unit yesterday but have a little problem. When the box is switched on, it does not switch the TV to the HDMI input automatically. Is this usual?

no my box does not some boxes do this one does not with my sharp 46 i need to do this with my remote

can you not check in your settings manager on box to see if it's enabled, or it might not be compatible with that full stop

Is it possible to set the priority to HDMI1 on your TV? I do this on my Panasonic and it works quite well.
