Just beware when you order your new lot of YS-01 transponder for ND900/CN900.
YS-01 transponder is also so called CN1/CN2 transponder which can change from 4c to 4D or vice versa.
Recently ordered new lot and it ended up only can do 4C but not to 4D.:banghead::banghead::banghead:
Only was told by supplier when I asked what's going on.
So please double check with your supplier before you buy or might caused some upset.
I was told that they changed the system in YS-01 since 2014 to only can do 4C.

In Aliexpress, you still able to see YS-01 can do 4C & 4D, but some has changed to ONLY 4C. But I would suggest ask first, because the one I bought from said 4C & 4D. They changed the descriptions after I complain to them it only do 4C.

I seen this a lot lately on aliexpress the listing list it as ys-01 cn1, or ys-01 cn2 etc.. if you read description is says copy 4C only.. copy 4d only

why do they have to be so confusing and mess with the naming.. heaps of sellers are doing it.

i ve ordered before a year ago YS-01 which worked on both 4c and 4d and i have ordered again couple of months ago from same company which has same description as before but worked as 4d only after asking why that change , the reply was , factory stopped the original YS-01 which worked on both transponder and now only producing YS01 either for 4c or 4D
i think that to maximize their sale

I was told the same today only CN1 and CN2 available due to stop production of the dual chip YS-01.

So maybe get them while you can?

Worst still, these 4d chip is once-only, like tpx2. The 4c is re-usable.

Today received another lot of so called CN2, tested and not able to do 4C.....
So now have to stock both, and they make more money by selling more.

No more YS01. That's it. Only CN1 and CN2. CN2 can be written only once after locking(can't be unlocked) and can't be converted to 4C at all. You can check my thread about the new 4D transponders. I did some tests and described it there.
Also the CN2 is only 80-bit now. 4d60 too - only 80-bit. But there's not problem to use them on older 40-bit cars. Problem is not many tools support the new chips, yet. TMPro2 for example can't clone on these new CN2 80-bit transponders, yet. But tools like TS888 and ND900/CN900 work like a charm.

just playing around with the CN900 i received recently.. can anyone tell me what a YS-01 chip gets identified as on the CN900 ?

How can we tell it really is a YS-01 chip?

..............not true

I was told by my friend that the used CN2 can be re-used by other Chinese cloner like TS888 , but it can not be re-used on CN900. I believe it is the updated CN900 software playing the trick, they just just to sell more chips for bucks.

even zedbull clone can unlock lol

tested and worked 100%
I've heard some rumors that there is a soft called brain.exe that can do a lot of stuff with zedbull clone ...:hmmmm:

..............not true

Oh, YES it's true! Old CN2 were unlockable - you can read my previous posts about it. But now they are discontinued and the new ones(the CN2 80-bit type) are locked forever once they are locked so be careful! I personally tested it on TS888 and ND900. And they CAN'T be converted to 4C too.

The only info I found about this "brain.exe" is that it's some kind of AV/FW/SPAM filter software... and possibly German.

of course we are talking about the new 80 bit cn2

OK, two questions:
- how do you identify it is the 80-bit transponder? ZedBull clone reads it as a normal 4D transponder it can't read it's extra pages and data so I very doubt it can unlock it.
- what procedure do you use to unlock it? Just clone again over the old data? Not possible on the new CN2-80bit chips.

i can even start toyota smart 80 bit with CN2 lol

Great but that doesn't mean the CN2 can be unlocked once it get's locked.
I'm 100% sure that the CN2 80-bit transponders which I have are not possible to unlock. I have tested many times - ND900 says the transponder is locked and tells me to replace it; TS888 just repeats "Copy not" all the time... Even TMPro2 can't work with them yet and Effi can only prepare them.

Maybe only you can unlock them because the transponders know you are Gwee and are afraid of you lol

BTW I haven't heard of any one else who managed to unlocked them except you.

Just because you are Gwee doesn't mean you're always right. I'm not arguing - I'm telling what I see. If you have the knowledge to unlock it share it with us. I explained already what I do and how the machines react to these transponders. You're welcome to share your actions for unlocking them. Otherwise you are just talking. Believe me I would be me much happier if these transponders were unlockable. I also don't have time to waste in argues but I really need to know how is this transponder possible to unlock since even my supplier warned me they are locked forever after programming(and of course I also didn't believe him and tested but to no avail).

I really don't understand why are you using threats?
