Can someone share a good 28F400 file for this CEM please.

I suspect my file is bad, will post my file later.

There is 28F400. If you've done the reading as 29f400 this is bad

I found a used cem with same part number. Program keys and did sync.

Now car could crank but in CEM it have TCM incorrect software fault. Any idea on how to fix this?

you have orig flash from your CEM?

attached are both Original Car CEM flash and Used part flash.

I tried using the original flash to the used CEM, I could not get the car to work.

Any idea on how to link the TCM to CEM? will Vida do it without online programming?

Cause the flash file didn't work on its own CEM and the used i bought.

Yep. I have, but then it need reprogram from diller. And will original keys start vehicle.
I think problem was in flash chip only. It most common defect 2000-2004 car. Jast write ori flash to you new chip and check first foot bits.
