You can try "cascade" (emulator for carmanscan), needs kkl-cable or k+can cable.
Factory scan tools are "Hi-Scan" (older) or Kia GDS (newer). Carmanscan or G-scan should also work. There is Hicom (from Obdtester), too.

I think there are no hicom clones.
Try cascade with kkl.
Most software need a special cable to work with, so software only doesn't help much for diagnostics. But you can look for the GDS software as knowledgebase.
