I think your dump not good, line 20,40, 60 or 10, 20,30 not same.....

Pin 2............. SCL
Pin 6............. SDA
Pin 5 ............ GND
Pin 9 ............ 5V +

Do not use the power of radio, only UPA USB.....

Test your programmer first with a 24cxx eeprom,if can read interface is good.Then power on radio and turn on.
After that trie to connect only sda,scl and GND,from your interface 24cxx socket to main board of radio.And then read.I read with this cable biuld myself with a simple programmer like Ponyprog.

24c32 can not read module reads just so I tried reading different in every reading room in car.prog
