P0238 after tuning Opel 1.4T

Hi,
I have tuned an Opel 1.4T with Delco E78 ecu. The car drives perfect upto 140km/hour, but it gives P0238 at speeds above 140km/hour and then goes into safemode.
Does anybody have good experience in tuning with these engine + ecu's who can help?
