Honda Hornet 600 2009 program key

Hi, have problem with Honda hornet 2008 600cc. lost all keys.
Broblem is that somebody tried program keys, and Im not sure that dump is ok.
Inside 93lc66 ecu 38770-mfg-d02

tried vigin with zedbull and one more try manyal but not start and nothing changes in eeprom
uploeded all files.
Help to virginise to 1 key , please

that org file is ok, other 2 r not, keys in memory 0, with ad900 i can made a key
