in the right site bellow of vas you have (Administration) click on it & after you click,above on the screen you can see Importer Number:xxxxx this number load here in Dk + Dealership Number:xxxx so after i can give you the 7 digit pin.but first click the thanks bottom for above friends they give you the true pin code.

yes it done with me,but always is easy when you try use VCDS.
try ignotion on about 30 minute and after try again maybe you have lock time
