V8S connection is awful, constant freezing, disconnects etc

How can I improve this? Having to watch UFC via stream on laptop since BT Sport 1 just keep stuttering and disconnecting.

If your using the same internet to stream UFC then I doubt there's a problem with internet speeds. How do you connect your v8s to the router, WiFi or wired? If using WiFi try wired and see if that makes a difference.

Another thing you can do is try watching the youp**n app on the v8s (YouTube sometimes doesn't work) if this streams a video without stuttering or freezing then there's nothing wrong with your v8s, router or internet.

If this is the case then it sounds like you have an overloaded or rubbish subscription get another one.
