Hy to all!
I've changed the ECU on pump PSG16 on a ZAFIRA year 2003 with a scrap one but I can't sync with immo.
The seller said that the pump is reset but when I connect with carprog I saw that has PIN 9751. I've reset It with carprog (now shows FFFF on PIN) but when I go to Immobilizer II>Programming function>Enter pin code>Program immo function>ECU installed the message Program fail appears. The ECU does not sync. The pumps are the same... for Y20DTH engine.

The DTC's that I have:
ON PSG16 ECU: NO or wrong transponder installed DTC
ON IMMO II: wrong transponder key, no engine request DTC's

I've tried to reprogram another transponder (ID40) but same wrong transponder key DTC. I;ve deleted all the TP Key, reset immo, same DTC when tring to program another TP.
I've verified the wiring and all seems good.
Tried to reset the ecu but not working (maybe no PIN)

Before reset the ECU with carprog I've tried to reset with PIN and OPCOM with no success.
Mai be the PIN wrong. I also tried 5197.

I've attached the file from pump.
Is mine PIN good?

If the pump Restart the computer programming, with T.e.c..h2.
If the pump was used with ca.r-p.rog old pump damp get up.

The PIN is correct?
I've tried to sync with OPCOM.
Why the IMMO does not program transponder?
I've changed the IMMO with a working transponder (ID40), same problem. I've verified the pin 7 from IMMO to ECU and the wirring is OK. I don't understand.

Pin is correct.
You need to know two PIN codes. Pump and immobox. Transponders must be new.You need to do to remove the add-e.c.u. and only later inmo box programmed into the e.c.u.
try a course of action.
but I can cliche.

your pin 9751 ok may help Diesel Pump Programming
 Astra-G / Zafira-A
Donor-car
 Remove dieselpump from donor-car
 Attention: You will need donor-car's Security Code!
Car where donor-pump needs to be installed
 Install dieselpump in the car
 Set up communication with ECM
 Select [Programming]
 Select [Reset ECU]
 Enter donor-car's Security Code
This will reset the previously learnt security code. Then, your engine ECU (which is inside the
pump) will be resetted, so you can learn it to the new car.
 Set up communication with Immobilizer module
 Select [Programming]
 Enter Security Code of car where you have installed the dieselpump
 Select [Immobilizer Function Programming]
 Select [ECM (Motor Module) replaced]
This will learns the new Security Code to the engine control module.
Astra-G and Zafira-A can also be installed with a VP44/PSG5 for Y20DTH. These PSG5 units
don't need to be reset

Pump not new....
Used CARPROG to reset and OPCOM to adapt

Carprog might not do correct reset. Happend to me with ECU ME1.5.5. So reset ECU with OPCOM and carprog only help you read pincode.

After reset with carprog, the PIN code showed FFFF. I think It was reseted.

FFFF or XXXX...never mind...try to reset on the car and use Opcom!!! I have bad experience with ME1.5.5 similar like Morfey colleague.

do you have working malfunction lamp on dash, MIL chanel is used to transmit engine request to immo... see wiring to immo and pump, cable is brown/blue...
in PSG16 you must see error like 'Immo function not programmed' to be able to program immo, if not put ori dump and reset with op-com, never use carprog to reset opel ECUs, just read PIN...

Soo... on ECU I see 'Immo function not programmed'.
I've checked wiring and all is good.
Still "Programming failed"

Hello there, how did it end? It was the PSG16 module faulty? Thank you, mate!
