I have megane 3 2010 dash RNI248100342R 24C16 eeprom
km 187 890 I need 90000
do i have to correct also km in abs and if so is it possible to open abs to read it?

Yes, you will need to do the ABS, its a 95160, post the dump and i'll fix it too,
