What tool E84, BMW X1 dash tools

Could you advise if 2015 X1 possible to do safe with:
- CAS 3+ with either red Rosfar or original Xprog-m, is it safe?
- dash with AVDI ABPROG, is it safe?

dash is prety safe to do.
but the CAS is 50/50 chance!

Are you sure that is Cas 3+ instead CAS 4?
I would say CAS 4
