I don't see part number.............

CDR500 by VDO is with serial GM0500 not 1500
This is delco and code is correct 9017

If Delco then code is 100% 9017..., and serial would be Gm0500y0281115

GM1500 with X, Y, and 1 is for DELCO.

"1" is usually VDO not Delco...

Do not waste your time with this VDO or DELCO

I did say "Might be wrong" .. and have seen many posts of Delco which turned out to be VDO
