keyless lost on suzuki swift year 2012

hello, i have one big problem..... one client lost all key less on a suzuky swift 1.3 mjet year 2012..... order new keyless on suzuki but without the old key isn't possible entry in comunication with car....
anyone have this problem??? thanks manuel

is this one with the small key insert and a smart ignition lock where you can insert the small key in case of battery down in remote?
