I have done it carefully with razor blade and small pick, takes time and patience

not v difficult! did lots. i cut a square shape with a cutter, than with a screwdriver and pliers i keep tearing out bits fo that silicone.
Once when got to the chip i used paint solvent. and a tooth brush and it helped a lot to get the silicone off from inbetween chip legs!

i used the same technique as ominimicu (http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/member.php/133668-ominimicu), cut a square peel it back in chunks or side a razor blade slicing bits off and then a brush near the end.

Peugeots are a pain in the ass :D

One Word toluene, it's the best solvent that you can use

Toluene might be very good. Just a warning, it is known to cause cancer by inhaling it.

i have used cellulose thinners cut most away with a razor blade then let is soak with thinners and it crumbles away.
