Hi anyone know if using yellow cable to 2nd smaller connector on ecu works k line (think pin 43) and 12v + / - from battery.
just 3 wires for read write ? and only 1 at ecu ? possible - sure thats what kess info says
need to write a file, and dont want to open again via bdm, as bdm pads inside ecu wrong side,

Yes, kline is pin 43 in ecu, but you need ecu plugged in car, not a table.

Done few in bench without issues if you are more comfortable with it.

heres my problem people, i already read bdm so have full backup inc eeprom etc,
problem is the sliding tags on ecu connector, the large one of 2 seem stuck so im finding it real hard to get connector back off, Think mechanic was rough getting it out, and when you remve tab to release only 1 side slides to release other side snapped so wont release,
dunno if i can manually somehow get tag to slide its in at moment, cant get pliers on to slide out,, ANYONE ?? info, tips
the 2nd smaller one is where pin 43 is so if i do this way i shouldnt have to touch main big connector,
