On the radio 24L04 memory, read out the contents enclose.
Radio locked and the code is not known. Please help.

If code 3388 is approx thank you very much :)
but it is blocked by typing several times an incorrect code.
Where is the meter errors, in which cells?

Now you've entered a few wrong codes please re-read the eeprom and we can see the location of the counter.
