Any BT broadband customers currently getting free BT sports app on their phone,pc, laptop etc will be charged ?5 per month from August 1st. You will be automatically opted in. To opt out you will need to go into your BT page and change your extras.
Those with broadband and tv will continue to get free BT sports.
I'm not advertising for them LOL, I am currently looking at changing my bb provider and was on the phone to them today to see if they would match the price of bb being offered by other cheaper suppliers and was told about the additional charge as of 1st August for all broadband only customers unless they take tv too.
those watching BT sports on sky will have the cost increase from ?13.50 per month to ?19.99 a month.
