Bmw E90 lost all keys

Hi all,

Trying to make this car start but no joy.. I have cas eeprom and ecu flash. Tried with Fvdi, tm100, ckm-100, tag key tool and bmw multi-tool 7.6 ... The problem when I program key in ignition cas accepts the key but after 16 tries the engine refuses to start. When I program with programmer using also the ecu flash for 16 bit isn the fault from ecu is gone but cas does not accept the key. It's cas3+ encrypted and ME92 ecu. Files attached and any help would be very much appreciated.

Id of key 1B37D21F ... Isn is in Ecu Flash file attached. Key is pcf7936. If can prepare eeprom of cas with isn would be good.
