To Plcautoparts, I used - MiniPro TL866 Universal Programmer to read this eeprom.

yes it was, unless yrs grew an extra leg or you broke one off lol

If one leg is broken, do not worry, when is young EEPROM have the capability of regeneration and it will grew up a new leg for day or two :nurse:
