C3 S2PM-380 bad ecu

when car i warm, ecu not working ok, shake ...

i find other ecu, but if change eprom from orginal to new, car not start


did someone have immo off for S2PM ecu, mem is 95080.

This ECU changing the eeprom car must start. Post original eeprom.

problem is, one mechanic men is desolder org eprom and put into new ecu, and car not start

ithen return to orginal an car start,

did need copy flash from orginal to new ecu?

As said, flash is not a concern. ori eep in the new ECU not starting is the new ECU problem.
Same or similar number S2PM-38x?, many variants.

how to read flash, inside is 29f200, big, and i try to desoldering but gum is smashed pcb and flash, and can not separate eprom

can i try to read over galeto, mpps ...

Galletto might be able to read the flash but partially I think. Completely to remove the silicone will need time and effort.

preheat pcb dow side and upside heat over air , but glue is hold flash.

i try to remove and clone
