Hi guys,
recently I had to change a faulty ECU for my S40 and I've bought one on eBay from a 2010 Volvo V50 1.6D Drive. The immo chip has been swapped over and the car fired up with the V50 maps just fine.
My S40 had it's DPF removed but the ECU has not been altered before it broke. As I suspect the eBay V50 ECU has been already opened once they might removed the DPF from it as the car runs fine, diagnostics are fine (no DTC and pressure difference is 10-15 kPa when revved) and there is no regeneration/smoke occured during the last 140 miles as far as I could see.
So could somebody have a look whether this file has the DPF removed or not?
Thank you!
