Anyone got any idea how to access eeprom on this cluster, I can see soic eeprom under facia, but I have no diagrams for this and the needle does not look like its removable, any diagrams or ideas guys?

De solder points and you will have access to eeprom :)

You need to look on board what is stick that you need to desloder..

The motor and Lcd it looks like, lots of points to desolder, just hoping someone had a diagram for back of the board, cheers anyway

Lift the needle over the zero stop post and mark the position it falls back to. put some card under either side of the needle and lift it straight up using 2 spoons/knives or a strong fork. Unscrew the 2 screws and lift the dial sheet. Have some paint to touch the screws up if you mark them with your screwdriver. Push the needle back on it's shaft directly over it's marked position and lift it back over the stop post. Arthur. PS, if you think about it that is how the speedo must have been made!

Cheers will try that, I didn't think they could be removed safely when they have stoppers, I'll give it a go
