Is there a way to bypass tha w220 led lights in tha merc cluster which goes dark wen tha vogt transformer fails?

why not just replace the failing vogt transformer? The transformer powers up rows of LEDS which make up the lower range. Say if you had a mph cluster, it would be the KM range. Then the transformer also powers up flourescent lighting which makes up the rest the mph range (0-160mph). If you wanna bypass the LEDS, I would say then just remove them or maybe just one in series.
