Hi,
I have here Audi A4 1.9 TDI AFN to Immo OFF.
ECU references:
0281001966
038906018FD

Eeprom inside is B58253 = 24C02

As I have the car here, I wrote your file in ECU.
Then I tried in car without removing immo box. Just to see if it would write on eeprom or not.

Well... Car starts 1st, 2nd, 3rd time. All seems to be OK.
But the immo light on cluster stays always blinking.

In your opinion, should I still remove immo box ?

I think I will remove cluster to remove immo light bulb / led.

remove it and bridge K and W wires (pins 9 and 10), immo light is coming from box...

I have been searching for immo box but cant find it.
Are you sure the immo is not on dashboard ?

Dash has references 8D0919861F VDO 110.008.989/001

If not in dash, where is the immo box in the car ??

yeah, must be in dash, if you have key related DTC's in dash just remove LED from board...
