I know 0 about chip tuning and the ins and outs, Got an old cable 1260 and read the ecu from the vehicle

I would like to know is the flash been modified and if so is a good job ?

I think the DFP has been removed from the flash is some one could confirm please.

It is a new car to us as the customer has just brought it, It is sluggish/holding back off the line until the turbo cuts in.
It has been back to the place he brought it and they have fitted a new egr.

I just want to know if the basics are ok before i start spending hours looking for a fault that isn't there.
