Insignia 24c16

Here I have a dump from Insignia BCM, 24c16 eeprom. It has 157886 km.
I need 138400 km.
I know that odometer values are on $F6-F9, 165-168 and 1C3-1C6 addresses, but not sure how to change it.
Can anybody help me, please?
(It's rather urgent)
