There is BMW ICOM, BMW ICOM A2 and BMW ICOM 3, anyone can help clarify them, what's the main differences of them, thanks so much in advance

Mostly the same. Bmw icom suffered from overheating,so they bring out icom 2, better heat sink and fan to keep unit cool. Icom 3 is new version, think it's better for programming, faster. Only just come out.

ICOM A2 is also significantly faster. A3 I believe adds wifi connectivity, but this can be retrofit/modified into an A2 as well.

ICOM A3 has no wifi, good quality ICOM A2 clone has wifi capacity. ICOM A3 is built with a new case containing a more powerful processor and more storage capacity, that's the difference
