Lost channels- how to get them back

I have the sports channels such as skysports, but have lost others on my dreambox 800. How can i get them back? If i download a new bouquet my understanding is they will delete my old channels, is this correct?

If you only have 28.2? east then use the ABM if your image has it or install as a separate plugin

Should do as a lot of channels changed frequencies .
