hello.is it possible to make synchro to this 2 files? its a suzuky baleno 1.3 from 1998.check light is blinking and car dont start.really need help

This is set from swift, but i think this will work. Just program the keys.

here are the pictures from ecu and immo.i whould like if possible the 2 file syncronyzed and with keys already,because i cant communicate by obd with ecu or immo.thanks
