Bdm connections for Delphi CRD.11 OM646 EVO

Hi! I need to do dpf off to a Mercedes w204 2.2 cdi. How to read this ecu? I have mpps v13, galletto v54, bdm 100 (all china clone).

I tried to read on obd and not worked.. I will try bdm..
Also in the list of ghtech i don't see crd 1.1, just crd 2.xx and 3.xx

this ecu most of times when write by obd stops at 73% and after need to write bdm.

Galletto v54 read write this ecu fine, you need mirror Delphi adapter for Galletto , All maps are in MCU for dpf off you need open Full dump from MCU ,Flash,eeprom size 2,50MB.
Bellow attached connection for galletto

Make the bridge and connect with Delphi probe + cross adapter from galetto.
Read by Galetto BDM v53/v54, i have some photos on facebook if you need. For dpf off read just the MCU.

Just check the pinout for delphi adapter from galetto package. double check to be 100% sure the pinout is ok and after will work for sure

This ECU is crd11, can't read or write by obd !!
FGtech can read and write by BDM but be careful if is a China clone.
You don't need read ECU to Dpf off, just use Das developer.

China can do it too. Only needed be carefull with pin-o-logic ;)
But galletto is sure. If have problem check connection from ktag, many time that's can help in work :-)

Hi. Someone did dpf off in my mpc dump and the engine work rough. A lot of black smoke on the exhaust... Can someone do dpf off in my dump 100% good? I can pay ... If it's 100% dpf off. Thanks!

1 - do you have original dump (Dpf on) ?
2 - Black smoke have nothing to do with Dpf.
3 - If your dump it's not original its hard to fix smoke isue.
4 - if have original dump why don't remove Dpf with procedure I send you in pm?

Mercedes 2009 C220 cr 11 ecu key ignition has given up, no response from the ignition key, it won't switch on, I have another key and ignition switch from a Mercedes 2010 is there anyway I could make the key and ignition switch from the 2010 Mercedes suit the 2009 Mercedes?

Hello smayer,

I am new to this forum.
Are you sure black smoke has nothing to with the dpf off?
I have same engine as in the subject, I disabled EGR and DPF via DAS developer, then physically removed DPF and I have now soot deposited around the exhaust pipe. I didn't have soot there before removing the DPF. Car is more dynamic and faster now but consumption has been increased slightly.
Do you think there is way to decrease this soot and/or to decrease a bit consumption.

Use Mirror adapter for delphi and make 2 bridges as shown in the picture.
