Hello Mate,
Please need help in resetting the dump attached here which is from a 2011 TOYOTA HILUX. Problem is that dump looks like already reset.So could it be another variant of Encrypted dump.

read as 16 bits

You are pretty right.Read as 93c66 x16bit and everything now Ok.
