Hello i have ecu from Opel corsa 1996 rok 1.4 petroli need immo off but when i read Mc68hc11e20 mask E22B

Problem : Each time I read procesor my memory is changing ?

I dont know way ?

Hi Dear. Some times this happens when there is bad contacts between the chip and socket. Allways clear the buffer before read. What tool are you using for read it?

cut wire ( disconnect ) MODA and RESET

Immo is located in the first byte (3F).
After taking FF immo it is inactive, but the ECU has fault 00051
and still does not start.
I think that you need to find this cell checksum

Maybe someone knows where CS -for 3F ???
