I know that this file is strange.
I've read this hc12 using 2 different devices - and I pulled up BKGD and reset pins.
Immokiller doesn't recognise this file :( but I found very similar bin file, so I think that it's OK.

Never heard about immo disabling in bsi.And file looks corupted.

I apologize for the misunderstanding.
It was my first 307.
BSI was broken - it was replaced.
