CDP + does not work 100251

Hello, I need help I have cdp + 100251. before when connected to the car's OBD 4 blue LEDs are lit. now do not light. only when I connect the pc 4 fixed red lights and not start. I tried to flash but not to files .....

You must flash MCU in boot mode.

No mather if device have one or two PCB, just put it in boot mode instal program Flash Loader from STMicroelectronic on your PC
and load firmware manually via USB to your CDP.
