AUDI TT Dash problem after reading with xprog

Hi
Ive just bought new clocks for Audi tt read it with xprog and then disconected it from board
Ive tested clocks on car and then wanted to change mileage on it but i couldn't connect to it. ive checked with multimeter and there is shorted circut from reset to +5v. Tested it on table and there is nothing on display just couple lamps on. Does anyone experienced those problems with this clocks ??

but there is shorted circuit on reset line i`m not able to program it
