BMW E36 dash repair

Hi !
got one e36 petrol width issues on dashbord

Fuel gauge ,speedometer , tachometer and "fuel /miles " not working .
I check all fuses dash related , speed sensor on rear , but I think problem is on the orange "resistors " or capacitors on the PCB !
does any one knows what are that orange ones on the pcb ??

SOLVED :-D !
It was a track that was faulty , the orange thing"s I asked are capacitors !

What do you mean by track? Solder line around MCU?
