Need virgin dump for 89990-60143 smart landcrouser V6 , 20011

Hello..

i put a new virgin dump to the 93c86 of the smart
89990-60143

the key programed but
ecu can't register it ,,even with the short obd registration

it still got fault code in engine says "engine immobilize system" b2799

is there a virgin that not need registration for half hour
because i tried many times and no luck

hi ,,,
no i put new dump to id code also....
the car has been fixed by someone elese
now i have new car ,,,same files i have ,,,and also same fault code :(
i dono is it from my files,,even the car has accept the new key
