I have recently upgraded the image on my 500C from dw 2.1 to dk1.1 to try and sort out the choppy video recorded,as I heard that it performs better with dk.
Since the upgrade, I cannot direct record to my pc, but can successfully mount my drive, and also play programs previously recorded from my old image.
All settings are exactly the same, and no problems connecting and mounting, but when I try recording, I get the 'recording failed - hard disk full etc'

Are there any extra settings I need to set in the dk1.1 image that I am not aware of.

P.s I still have another 500C on dw2.1 that can successfully mount and record on the same drive.

Thats how I set it up originally, which is how I know it works on the previous image - just baffling that although everything is set up same as before, I cannot get it to record.....

use Ngrab - i had no joy mounting directly (it would mount but then tell me the drive was inaccessible when i tried to record)
