Renault clio steering dae Ref 54084732H

Hello
I have customer who have trw power steering ecu trw Ref 54084732H.
Someone tried to remove eeprom but damaged it.
Does anyone please have a good working file for this reference?
For immo i can make virgin with renault ecu tool but i need fault cleaned file please.
Does anyone also know if i can replace original microchip 24lc16 by st24c32wp?

Just to update
Car completed today under 40 min.

Smart key box behind glove box very easy to remove
Inside 93c86 .
Programmed one master smart key in dump with abrites tag.
Then it is possible to get ignition with the partially programmed key (smart function does not work ).
Now you can add second smart via obd which is fully functional.
Then delete all key with second smart kept in memory.
You then add again the first smart.
You are done now with 2 smart fully functional ( transponder and prox)
