They sell these for gasoline and disesel engines, Power or ECO, Any car model or brand. BIG LOL , soon they ll make one that will fix any engine damage just by plugging in D:D:D:D:D: would be the best invention ever just for 7$ D:D:

Here it goes, step by step, photos and description:

And how on earth this will give you more power ? :))) - Next plan - i will develop a nice green case and wrote on it - Fix any engine wqeird noise. Just plug in to OBD and wait :))) the noise will dissapear :)))

-UPDATE- SO far so bad! ITs v v v hard to open, they glued it to the atmosphere, ******** :D :D i m still sudying pcb to see how it works...if it does anything at all. they filled it with components...so far it balances production cost...6 leds, oscilattor, reset button. a big chip, several capacitor and a transistor

But anyway ... that chip should have the capability to change some values or " write " some new data to the ecu or 3'rd option will be to emulate a signal... weird PCB

ominimicu

Yes bursuc...i think its interfering with some signal, i cant find it capable to write ecu...but look at what the instructions say: it does to smth to ECU pre start!
I also desoldering PCB now to send to Xray! and check out CHip numbers!

Update: it seems to have a Flash Microchip

Program Memory Type
Flash

Program Memory (KB)
3

CPU Speed (MIPS)
5

RAM Bytes
134

Timers
1 x 8-bit

Temperature Range (C)
-40 to 125

Operating Voltage Range (V)
2 to 5.5

Pin Count
40

K line, and CAn lines are conected to it...it is capable of flashing but its too small to have maps in it....Strange
I m going to test this Tonight in my car and post results.

Too bad... And now also warranty is void because you opened the product. :)) Probably when they developed this product they relied on the miraculous power of placebo effect. :)

Factorys must eat our money the do something and let us to buy and test is that thing working like they described.
Most of uS buy tools working 50/50 % or working 1 2 days after delivered then blow off, and must pay for another.

It gets hot when plugged in. + no change in engine behaviour and i am affraid to leave it there for 200km, not to damage my engine.
my ecu is also a ~~~~ty KEfico me7.x.x ecu its not the most common out there :D, i ll test on a easier ecu!

if led blink only red not compatible with ecu car (and not work)
if led blink red/green compatible with ecu car (work)

tested with sid803 psa and not work (led blink only red)

Hello,
Here are some news about placebo effect. :-) I purshased one for my VW Golf IV 110 TDI. Don't laugh at me, it's not a big investment and deserves the try...
My driving habits are the same for about... 20 years. I do 80% town 20% highway. So here we are : I plugged it, did the reset thing, started the engine... It seems to have more power but i can't really measure it, having no device for that (placebo effect ? Likely... especially because they say we have to wait for 150miles). So did I.
200 miles after ... I still think my car has more power than before... did not try to pull out the plug yet.
I usually drive 620 km(385 miles) with full tank. With the Nitro red (Diesel) i reffilled first at 650km. Nothing impressive. Now, I reach 680km before red light (fuel alert) appears.
Conclusion : I'm not sure that this "toy" increases my car power, even if I feel like it does but i really drive 10% further, that's a fact. So what to say... I would really like somebody more competent to do real measures, tests or whatever to convince me I'm not a fool :-)
Thanks for your reading and keep me up to date if someone does any reliable test.

Better answer is to hook up a y-cable and an obd2 logger. If they do anything it will send an ECU reset code periodically to reset the learned trims. I have logs from one somewhere I bought thinking it was an ELM interface. It wasn't quite identical but similar.

Hey, it can not work. After starting the engine, the ECU locked. Unable to reprogram the ECU.

on nitro obd2, the pic16f59 can not read or modify ecu maps, it is supposed to inject some assembly code for the ecu to modify fuel injection through obd2 K-line (CANbus pins are not connected, (EDIT: THEY ARE CONNECTED) maybe that's why they only work with some cars based on ISO k-line communication, but not with CANbus based communication), as people formerly did by fooling temperarure sensor with a resistor to inject more fuel...
here is more info
www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.1381208408568286.1073741830.114498134885766 1&type=3 (http://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.1381208408568286.1073741830.114498134885766 1&type=3)
EDIT: ANALYSIS OF PCB BY THAT GUY IS COMPLETELY WRONG
see also all the pictures with their explanations
search about "fuel trim" on google and youtube
http://www.easterncatalytic.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/Fuel-trim-graphic-EC_Fuel_Trim_Diag.jpg
it claims to work at partial throttle (closed loop, o2 sensor information taken into account by ecu), not full throttle (open loop, o2 sensor information ignored), that's why it is supposed it cannot be tested on dynamometers (full throttle) but with obd2 "short term and long term fuel trim" live data...
i don't even have one myself, i just would like to know what the device really does when connected to obd2 socket

BUT: (EDIT: NEXT IS NOT TRUE ANYMORE)
after analysis of pcb, it finally seems it only powers a chip to make 3 leds blink, it cannot send nothing to ecu, there is no canbus connection and kline is only for powering up the chip as the diode would avoid any communication from the chip to ecu
see my picture:
EDIT: MENTIONED PICTURE WAS WRONG. BAD PCB ANALYSIS. DELETED. AFTER ANALYSIS WITH DEVICE ON MY OWN, NEXT IS RIGHT PICTURE:

http://oi66.tinypic.com/2jedy1e.jpg

EDIT: 6 leds pcb version:
http://oi67.tinypic.com/2hqw6tx.jpg

EDIT: this nitro obd2 is miniature proracing chip, see same pcb tracking

It's unbelievable the amount of positive reviews this stuff has on amazon!

someone says it also cleared MIL?

are you sure it's not able to send clear dtc and clear fuel trim signals?

I suppose that should work when combined with
>Fuel line magnets(yellow ones),
>Supercharger Power Air Intake Turbonator 2 Fan Turbine Gas(cheap)
>Pure hydrogen generator(expensive sh1eat),
>Something to plug in cig lighter hole and light up blue,
>Magic oil additive,
>Magic fuel additive,
>Magic voltage stabilizer,
>Some random black box with 2 wires and a led strapped across battery terminals,
I'll stop now cause my dog is staring at me...

Hope next gen fuel saving device will
>have a proper Internet connection ,
>cloud based( obviously )
>be red(I like that)
>have some leds(not many)and bluetooth.Android/ios/whatever compatible
>some tracking abilities and privacy issues are welcomed.. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fuel_saving_device)
