I have not many experience in this Ecus.

Could anyone make manual DPF OFF solution for me??

I am trying to do it manually but they are so different from the normal Ecus I touch normally..

Read with Piasini on bench.

I did a few but your file size is wrong and I think that the read is wrong, better check again wires and soldering

Ive read it again and gives me another different dump

Something is wrong.

Ive checked wires and are ok.

I dont know whats happening.

I will close thread, at least I must be sure with a good read.

i have used many time my piassini and have read/write allmost denso ecu w/o any problem
in Renesas meniu just select SH7059 ! not are from connection to board

On topic:

EEPROM and Flash are both in Renesas???

Or have separate eeprom??

Euro ecus are more common for me.

Ive selected 7059 un men?.

Hope I didnt corrupt anything.

eep not are in Renesas mcu,you can find one 93c86 eep in bottom of pcb
also try to see again label of mcu,some RF8x are also with SH7058 and can be read via OBD with Piassini or FGTech
