Vectra C pre lift (hu43) ignition

Hi,

The sitution was ignition blocked, cannot turn the key. I arrived on place and used lishi for this. Once picked I was happy cause now 'no problem to pull out the easiest ignition barrell' but then it was a problem... I couldnt pull out that barrell and I was trying for 2 hours. I had one case like that month ago and all without problems and now i can't do this. I feel like I;m pushing those spring through the hole to the max and I still can't pull it... I tried on posoition 1 and 2. Any ideas? As I'm so frustrated about this...

I cut new key with tracer 3,4 and cutter 3.0 and the key work well in ignition but do not open the door lock. That was the only solution I had in mind. Customer have 2 remote keys so it's OK for him and I told him to carry old blade with the new key for ignition in case remote battery flat.

I don't have pictures. Is it possible to damage that spring in barrel? Ex. if at first, I was trying to pull it out in wrong position? Cause it's possible to push it in position 1 and 2 both. At first I was trying on position 2 as I clearly saw that element through the hole on housing.
