Hi all, I need to retrieve the PIN codes from two ECU's for a Seat Ibiza 1.4 (original and used replacement). I haven't got my eeprom reader yet but when I get it in a few days I'll need to know what hex location the PIN is stored at? I know it's in two parts and needs reversing, but don't know where it is. I have tried looking all over the forum and can't find this info, I have tried comparing people's hex uploads with PIN provided by others but couldn't work it out myself....

Thanks

I shall post the BIN files from both when I get my reader (next couple of days hopefully). I looked at a few examples and it seems they are stored in a number of different places...

Right then - got my reader and was surprised how easy it was to get the HEX dumps. Here they are. I have tried comparing differences but there were more then I thought, so that didn't help! If someone can tell me the PIN's from these that'd be great!

So I had a go based on other people on here with the same part numbers. I have come up with Old = 3877 and New = 2684. Are they correct? I don't have the car they fit at the moment to test it myself, that's stuck on a friends driveway...

4342 is incorrect. Calculated myself as above are the correct codes, ECU now fitted and adapted using these codes.

Old - 3877
New - 2684

Locations are 0xFE and 0xFF. Reverse the hex pairs then convert to decimal.
