My diagnostic interface can't read this car, i just put airbag ecu to the car and turn on ignition.

what ever error you have in the car, fix the problem and delete error codes.
If you cant read it take it to a dealer and let them delete it.

Most Toyota air bag codes can be read and cleared without a scan tool. I use two wires with spade connectors and a spst switch so I can turn it on and off without reaching under to disconnect. A paper clip works good.
1.) Turn on ignition (don't start)
2.) Connect jumper, paperclip, whatever to terminals 4 (CG) and 13 (TC)
3.) ABS light will flash along with other dash lights. Watch airbag light and count the number of flashes
4.) Use Google to search the 2 digit trouble code.
Attached pdf. shows locations.
I know this works on Vehicles for US production.
