ELV MERCEDEZ BENZ 204 REPAIR

Dear Friends
I need to repair the ELV Mercedez Benz (204 bodywork). When scanning with tool MBE I get a "fatal error". I can read this NEC? or What would be the method to fix this error?
What is the tool for read this NEC?

Fatal error ,only 2 tools can unlock this if its reparaible as far i know,tools are simontouch and the legend (better).
Need to connect elv on bench with cable and it take some time more than 2/3 hours.
Better to get second hand elv and renew it and adapt it to your car.

How did it remark in car ? What is the reason ?

I was looking for a NEC programmer, too. All of them are very expensive. I think, easiest and cheapest way is to go to dealer..

This ELV damage the engine, they changed the engine still does not function. the client got two ELV with the same fatal error.
My idea is to recover these 3 ELV. This NEC can i read ? which tool should I use?

Fatal error mean that the NEC is locked o sometime corrupted inside,and also sometime tools say unreparaible so need change.
for tool i told you in my first reply,only those 2 tools do this job.
