Problem reading TMS470 Ford 6000CD

Hi can someone shed some light on what i am doing wrong with this...

All connections seem fine just keep getting the same Error (Target Power 0v)

Am i meant to be powering the radio..??

strange thought i'd posted that i have now managed to connect to radio and read stub data (3fb0 - 3fff)

but not sure what to do next to read 24c16... i have open J-mem and have a reading from there but cant see how to save that...

Unsolder 24c16 smd and read it with a simple interface ,not with J-link.

Did wonder.. Tried reeding in circuit last night but won't read will take it out later and try... Cheers
