Renault Megane 1999 DTI immo off

Hello!

I need immo off on 1.9DTI Renault Megane. ECU is Bosch 0281001995, inside is 24c02 EEPROM. I tried the immo off file attached, I cut pin #59 on the ECU and I joined EEPROM pins #7 and #8 (with #7 lifted), but the car does not start. Can anyone check the off file? Thanks!

Strudel? What do you mean?

Yes, EEPROM had to be replaced. Original Fairchild did not work. Also MIL was flashing, so I removed it.
